Playing

How do I play?

Lift the top buddy from a tower and land it on an empty pad or on its own crew. Build four towers of ten matching buddies. In a live invasion, the first player to finish wins. The app's How to play page has the same steps.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Solo missions work with no connection, including in airplane mode. Live invasions, joining by invite, purchases and Messages challenges need a connection.

How do I race friends?

Tap Start invasion and share the invite, or have friends tap Join friends and enter the room code. In Messages, open a conversation, tap +, choose Buddy Towers, then Challenge or Live invasion.

Purchases

A pack I bought is locked

Open the Crew store and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the Apple account you bought it with.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Game Center and iCloud

Sign in to Game Center in iOS Settings to post best times to leaderboards and earn achievements. Signed in to iCloud, your game record follows you to your other devices. Both are optional.

Reporting a player

If a player name is offensive or someone is misbehaving in a live race, email abuse@buddytowers.com with the room code, the player name, and the time. You can leave a room at any time with Leave invasion.

Deleting your data

Buddy Towers keeps no account. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device. The iCloud copy of your record can be removed in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage. See the privacy policy for details.
